He has founded and managed large educational institutions (K-12) that strive to advance children and youth in a variety of educational fields. Shmuelik has written and developed many learning programs on industrial entrepreneurship and developing creativity. He has also lectured at teacher’s training colleges, and has vast experience in teacher training (at all levels).

שמואליק ויס הוא דוקטור בחינוך. באמתחתו תואר ראשון בשפה הערבית, ותואר שני במחשבים וטכנולוגיה בחינוך. הוא הקים וניהל ארגוני חינוך גדולים, המקדמים ילדים ובני נוער במגוון תחומי הלימוד. הוא כתב ופיתח עשרות תכניות לימודים ביזמות תעשייתית ובטיפוח יצירתיות. לימד במכללות להכשרת מורים. בעל ניסיון רחב בהדרכת מורים (בכל הרמות).
שמואליק עוסק בחשיבה חזותית בכלל, ובכלים חזותיים לתיאור ידע (בעיקר סביב מיפוי מושגים ומיפוי חשיבה).
שמואליק הוא צייר בעל סגנון ייחודי מאד. הוא הציג תערוכות יחיד באירופה, וכמובן בישראל. כמו כן הוא מאייר – קריקטורות, כתבי עת, פרסומים סטיריים וספרים.
